Jan gets the job done. Jan has helped me buy and sell quite a few homes and investment properties and she always goes above and beyond to get me exactly what I was asking. For example I had been looking for a lake house for a couple of years. Jan found the perfect home just as it was coming on the market by keeping her ear to the ground and proactively reaching out to in my targeted neighborhood. Additionally when I was selling a house and told Jan the price that I wanted she said "ok to get that price we have to do XY and Z and I will get you your price" and she did. She is knowledgeable about the market trends is patient and knows how to work a deal.
