Having a wealth of experience and a passion for real estate, Jan holds various designations, such as Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor, as well as an MS in Sustainable Practice from Lipscomb. She has been a recipient of three consecutive GNR Awards of Excellence for four years running. Currently working to complete her Broker designation, Jan’s commitment to ongoing education ensures that she remains at the forefront of industry trends, providing her clients with the highest level of expertise.
In addition to her extensive experience as an NAR member, Jan generously lends her expertise by serving on the board for local community organizations. She serves as Membership Development Chair for the Donelson Hermitage Chamber, Friends of Donelson, and has served on the L’Evate and TN Women in Green boards.
